Paolo Maldini, former international and Italian legend and manager of AC Milan, revealed that he tried to sign Lionel Messi for the Rossoneri, but ended up giving up after 10 days.

«I think he’s a spectacular player. He does things that surprise me. When I saw that I could go to Inter I was sad. I tried to bring him to Milan for 10 days, but we realized it was impossible,” he said, in an interview with Poretcast.
