Bengaluru: Mayank Yadav, who created a stir with his stormy bowling in the Indian Premier League 2024, created history in the very second match of his career. This fast bowler of Lucknow Supergiants wreaked havoc on the batsmen in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. In the match, Mayank spent only 14 runs in his four over spell in which he took three wickets. Due to his strong game, he was also chosen Player of the Match.

Lucknow won the match by 28 runs
Due to the strong bowling of Mayank Yadav, Lucknow Supergiants team defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 28 runs. In the match, Lucknow scored 181 runs with the strong half-century innings of Quinton de Kock. In response, RCB team was all out after scoring 151 runs.
