Claudia Sheinbaum received from the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) the certificate of majority that accredits her as the first elected president in the history of the country.

During the solemn session, at the facilities of the Sala Superior, Sheinbaum received the document that accredits her that she received 35.9 million votes, being the most voted for that position, which she will assume on October 1 and until September 30, 2030.
The president-elect indicated that “no one should fear anything, I make the commitment not to disappoint and to put my life itself to serve my Patria now my people.”
She reiterated that she does not assume “the victory as an individual or personal effort, today, marked in the history of Mexico, I did not arrive alone, we all arrived.”

Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo assumed her role as president-elect and before her party colleagues assured “from today, I stop representing a part of society and I represent all Mexicans from the start.”
