The day before, the French striker had already reacted to the version of the facts put forward by Didier Deschamps: “But what audacity”, he had written on social networks. A message accompanied by a clown emoji.
In his interview with the Parisian, the coach of the Blues spoke about the last moments of Karim Benzema in the France team during the world. Injured, the Golden Ball had left the base camp of the Blues on the night of November 19 to 20.
Two different versions
“Leaving him, I said to him: Karim, there is no rush. You organize your return with the team manager. When I wake up, I learn that he is gone. It’s his decision, he won’t tell you otherwise, I understand and respect it, ”assured Didier Deschamps in our columns.
A version of the facts that the Madrid striker obviously does not share. “Sacred Didier,” he also wrote in another Instagram story on Saturday night, alongside a video of social media star Ritchie. In the sequence, he stares at the camera, while exclaiming: “Liar! Yes, you liar. You lie ! A great liar…”
According to his latest publication, Karim Benzema could therefore soon deliver his version of the facts, and tell of his departure from the Blues.
