In ‌fact, Joshi, Secretary of the⁢ Department of Personnel⁣ and⁢ Training (DoPT), was recently sent back from the Center ⁢to his cadre ‍state Haryana. He was appointed Secretary, Department‌ of ⁢Personnel and Training in⁣ August this year. An official order issued by the ⁣Union Personnel Ministry said that ‍the​ Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved the return​ of Joshi⁤ to his parent cadre on the request of the Haryana government.
