DATA ON THE MENTAL BEHAVIOR OF LEGAL PROFESSIONALS IN THE AUTONOMOUS SOCIETY OF MADRID.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Through the participation of 1,088 people dedicated to legal work in the Community of Madrid, this study shows that 66% have suffered anxiety, almost half have experienced at some point fatigue, negative thoughts associated with depression and emotional changes in the 12 months before the study. Also, almost 25% have considered leaving the job to find another job or take the test. A similar percentage at some point felt unable to do their job and four out of ten had thought about taking a break, even though they didn’t. Since the symptoms are in fact widespread in the sector, these reactions tend to be more frequent among women and young people, groups that, according to the study, tend to be more restless, sleep worse to and suffer higher levels of stress and anxiety.
