The International Cricket Council (ICC) selects and honors the best cricketer every month. Accordingly, ICC has nominated 3 players each to choose the best player and player for the month of December.
The ICC had recommended the names of Australia captain Pat Cummins, New Zealand all-rounder Glenn Phillips and Bangladesh player Taijul Islam to choose the best player.
