Dubai: The shortlist of players for this year’s ICC Awards has been released in the last few days. The shortlist of the best Test and ODI players was released yesterday. The ICC has now released a shortlist of four players to find the best cricketer of the year. No one from India has been able to make it. The list includes Pakistan super pacer Shaheen Afridi, opener Mohammad Rizwan, England Test captain Joe Root and New Zealand captain Kane Williamson.
