ICC Test Ranking: Ravindra Jadeja wins, Virat Kohli hits back; Travis Head in the top ten‌

Dubai: India’s Ravindra Jadeja has moved up in the all-rounders’ list in the Test rankings. Jadeja improved one place to finish third. India’s R Ashwin is second on the list, led by West Indies’ Jason Holder. Meanwhile, the list of bowlers remains unchanged. Australian captain Pat Cummins is number one. R Ashwin is in second place.

There is a significant change in the list of batsmen. Australia’s Steve Smith and New Zealand captain Kane Williams each lost their places. Both are ranked third and fourth, respectively. With the performance in the Brisbane Test in the Ashes, Marnus Labuschain moved up to second place. English captain Joe Root remains in first place. India captain Virat Kohli dropped one place to seventh.

Rohit Sharma is fifth. David Warner improved three places in the Brisbane Test. Warner is in sixth place. Dimuth Karunaratne, Babur Assam and Travis Head are in the eighth to tenth positions. England’s David Malone jumped 18 places to 77th. England’s Ale Robinson moved up four places to 31st. Mark Wood was ranked 50th.

Meanwhile, the number one to eight position in the rankings of T20 bowlers remains unchanged. Sri Lankan spinner Vanidu Hasaranga is the first. Pakistan spinner Shadab Khan improved five places to finish ninth. Kiwis pacer Tim Southee is in 10th place.
