On the 37th day of the 2nd German ice hockey league (DEL2), the Eispiraten Crimmitschau conceded their next home defeat. West Saxons clearly lost 0:4 (0:3, 0:0, 0:1) to the Ravensburg Towerstars, who were second in the table. The guests from Upper Swabia had the better start and took the lead in the 5th minute. Five minutes later it was already 0:2, the third goal came in the 14th minute. Only now did the ice pirates develop their first chances. In the remaining two periods, Ravensburg had more of the game and finished 70 seconds before the siren.
