Kuwait City | With the theme ‘Reading Exile’, ICF’s International Expatriate Reading Campaign organized the Kuwait City Central Declaration under the name ‘Ujjwalanam’. Indo-Arab Cultural and Language Mission Secretary Dr. Muhammad Amin Sakhafi inaugurated the event. ICF City Central President Muhammadali Sakhafi Pattambi presided over the function.
ICF National Jan. Secretary Abdullah Vadakara, Advocacy Secretary Abu Muhammed, Pravasi Vadaman Central Coordinator Harris VU gave speeches. Abdurraoof Vennakod welcomed and Jafar Chapparapadav gave thanks.
Various programs like Aravam, Field Campaign, Thalir, Kudumbavayana, Cultural Seminar will be held as part of the campaign. It will end on November 15.
