ICICI Bank has issued a shocking announcement to its customers. That is, ICICI Bank has issued a notice raising credit card fees. The new tariffs will come into effect from February 10.

Accordingly, a fee of 2.50% is payable on all credit cards for cash transactions. It is worth noting that the minimum fee is 500 rupees.

In addition, ICICI Bank has fixed a fee of 2% of the total outstanding amount for check return and auto debit. The minimum fee for this is 500 rupees.

The fee for late payment of all credit cards except ICICI Emerald Card has also been increased.

There is no charge for arrears less than 100 rupees. For outstanding amounts between Rs. 101 and Rs. 500, a fee of Rs. 100 is payable.

A fee of Rs.500 is payable for arrears ranging from Rs.501 to Rs.5000. For outstanding amounts between Rs.5001 and Rs.10000 a fee of Rs.750 is payable.

For outstanding amounts between Rs. 10001 and Rs. 25000, a fee of Rs. 900 is payable. For the outstanding amount of 25001 to 50000 rupees a fee of 1000 rupees has to be paid. For arrears above Rs. 50000, a fee of Rs. 1200 is payable.
