Moscow investigators have asked the court to arrest a 22-year-old girl who threw a Molotov cocktail allegedly at police officers yesterday at an anti-war rally in support of Ukraine in central Moscow. The girl admitted her guilt in part, the press service of the investigative department of the TFR reported.

“During the interrogation, the girl partially admitted her guilt and explained that she had studied the method and made the incendiary mixture on her own. Today, the investigation is petitioning the Tverskoy District Court for the election of a preventive measure related to deprivation of liberty in relation to the defendant, ”the agency’s website says.

The incident took place yesterday near Pushkin Square, where residents of the capital took to the action against the military operation in Ukraine. A criminal case was opened against a girl born in 1999 under Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (threat of violence against a representative of authority). According to the Telegram channel Baza, the detainee is a student of the State Social and Humanitarian University named Anastasia.
