Ido Rosenblum enters the “Great Land” studio for the first time

by time news

Rare shift changes will be recorded tonight (Wednesday) in “A Wonderful Land,” with Ido Rosenblum replacing the show’s regular presenter, Eyal Kitsis, currently for just one evening. In a video uploaded a little while ago to the show’s Instagram page, Rosenblum is seen entering the studio for the first time in the role of presenter, ostensibly wondering where to sit, arranging the chair for himself and promising to be ready for the role by tonight.

By the way, this is not the first time that Rosenblum has worked with the program staff, since in her previous seasons he worked as a sketch director.

Despite this, the role of facilitator is very much identified with Kitsis, so in the promos that have already come up ahead of the show, they took care to mediate the change to viewers and crowned Rosenblum the title of “alternate presenter”, of course inspired by the title of “alternate prime minister”. The one who could not ignore the amusing gesture was the Deputy Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister himself, Yair Lapid, who uploaded a screenshot of the promo and wrote: “I saw that in a great country there is an alternate presenter. What a strange idea.”

By the way, the one who will be a guest on the evening’s program is Dekel Vaknin, the young singer (the original, not the imitation). Last year, with the outbreak of the corona virus, Vaknin was one of the symbols identified with that year, and now with the reports of the new variant, Vaknin is also back to business.

Kitsis, as reported earlier this week, was diagnosed earlier this week as positive for Corona, and will therefore be absent from the filming – an event that has happened so far only once in all the years of the show. The last time this happened, in 2012, the circumstances were happier – Tali Moreno, Kitsis’ wife, had a child, and he of course accompanied her to the hospital. The one who replaced him that time was Tal Friedman. It will now be interesting to see how Rosenblum gets into the regular presenter’s old shoes.
