Idoven signs its new director of operations at Daiichi Sankyo

Idoven is reinforced with talent from the pharmaceutical industry. The Spanish company, which has technology for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases, has signed on Daiichi Sankyo to its new director of life sciences operations to Jorge Fernández, as confirmed by Idoven to PlantaDoce.

The manager has a degree in Business Administration and has a master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Valencia. In addition, Fernández has an MBA from Iese and another from Strathmore University (Kenya).

Before joining Idoven, Fernández was manager of commercial strategy in the oncology area at Daiichi Sankyo Spain. She is a Japanese pharmaceutical company that, in addition to its portfolio of oncology and cardiovascular disease medicines, is focused on developing innovative treatments for people with cancer and other diseases where there is significant unmet medical need.

The manager also previously worked for Rochea group in which he served as strategic insight manager in areas such as immunology and oncology.

Likewise, Fernández was part of Janssen, of Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for marketing in the area of ​​oncohematology and health solutions. Previously, the manager was in Novo Nordisk as a business analyst.

Idoven is a healthcare technology company focused on early detection and precision medicine for cardiovascular diseases. The company works with a platform with artificial intelligence (AI), Willemwhich improves the speed, consistency, and accuracy of electrocardiogram interpretation and prediction.

Idoven collaborates with leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies to develop AI-based innovations. In June 2022, the company raised financing for 18.5 million euros.
