The transition from multilateralism to the new multipolar order places all international actors before a dilemma. On the one hand, it seems necessary to make the positions and strategies that were valid in the previous situation more flexible in order to reposition itself according to the new rules of the game. The other option, on the contrary, would be to try to maintain the previous status at all costs. If we pay attention to the British naturalist Charles Darwin, the smartest thing to do will be to adapt to the new global scenario, because the change of era is inevitable. Renewed or die.
