Risky lies, the importance of critical thinking.- David Cuesta Vallina
Learn from disasters or mistakes, but also from successes. The important thing is knowing how to learn and draw useful lessons. In this seemingly simple process, we run the risk of over-relying on technology or ourselves and relaxing, letting ourselves go. This is what has happened in recent history, from which lessons can always be drawn to improve our outlook on the future.
Critical thinking, considered as a necessity to promote this learning, allows doubting the statements, asking questions, questioning “what works”. The usefulness of the mythical “it was always done that way” is more in doubt than ever if you want to ensure the survival, as well as the meaning or effectiveness, of any organization.
