Despite having sparked outrage in Muslim countries around the world, Sweden again authorized a demonstration on Monday in which a new copy of the Koran was burned. The government is considering the possibility of reforming the law to restrict these acts. A complex balance in a country whose Constitution protects freedom of expression. We interviewed Sten Widmalm, professor of political science at Uppsala University and director of The Open Society project.
