British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said the war in Ukraine would not have happened if Russian President Putin had been a woman.
In an interview with a news agency about the war in Ukraine, she said that if Putin had been a woman, he would not have committed such insane, lavish violence.
He also said that Russia’s war on Ukraine was an example of toxic masculinity.
