(Owais Kayani) Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar says that the perpetrators of crimes related to May 9 should be punished according to the law so that no one can attack the state institutions again. Should go to military court.
In a special conversation with 24 News, Federal Minister for Law Nazir Tarar said that due to our judicial system, the decisions of the May 9 cases could not be delivered yet. An atmosphere of pressure is created so that decisions cannot be made. Unfortunately, this happens, in anti-terrorism courts, the case is usually decided within 120 days.
Azam Nazir Tarar said that the reason for the delay in the May 9 cases is pressure and the judge should not take pressure. Regarding, if Punjab considers provincial prosecution, Imran Khan’s case should go to military court.
The Federal Law Minister said that he received a reply yesterday regarding PTI’s desire to hold talks with the Army Chief and DGISI instead of the government. The talks are held in Parliament and not in Pindi. He said that according to the law regarding May 9, those who committed crimes should be punished so that no one can attack the state institutions, why are the judges hesitating to give a decision.
