If you get it, you get it; When does directing come into play; Manju replied
Manju Warrier answers the question of when she will enter the directing arena. Manju was responding to a question from the media at a press conference held as part of the promotion ahead of the release of her latest film Jack and Jill.
“It simply came to our notice then. You need a skill to get into the system. It requires great vision, clarity and confidence.
I do not have it now. I have no plans to direct till now, ”said Manju.
Jack and Jill is directed by Santosh Sivan. It is also Santosh Sivan’s first directorial venture with Manju in the lead role.
The trailer of the movie which included scenes from Manju Warrier had garnered a lot of attention.
The trailer also had a gigantic English dialogue by Manju. Manju repeats this dialogue at the press conference. To the question of how much take it took, Manju replied, ‘I said I got it if I got it, it doesn’t seem to have taken much.’
The sci-fi comedy track stars Kalidas Jayaram, Saubin Shahir, Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese and Basil Joseph.
The song that starts with “Kim Kim” from the movie had also garnered attention earlier.
