Igor Andreev sent his statement about leaving the faction to the chairman of the faction, Vadim Orlov, and the chairman of the Narva City Assembly, Tatyana Stolfat, writes ERR.
Andreev was the deputy chairman of the faction, and from January to September 2022 he headed it at all.
Now the government is changing in Narva, the Respekt and Narva Heaks factions are creating a new coalition, the Narva Tulevik and Kesk factions now ruling will go into opposition.
Only six deputies remained in the Narva Tulevik faction after Andreev’s departure, while the Kesk faction includes five people.
The next meeting of the Narva City Council will be held on Thursday, August 17.
