Igor Kolshov (Omri Stein)
An intriguing purchase for Hapoel Tel Aviv. Just before the derby against Maccabi tomorrow (Sunday, 21:00), the Reds announced the signing of Igor Kolshov. The guard / forward (27, 1.96), who was released from Maccabi Rishon LeZion, joins Danny Franco’s team.
Kolshov opened the season in Rishon LeZion, where he scored 6.5 points in almost 20 minutes on average. His best season was on 18/19, where in the 26 games he played for Maccabi Rishon Lezion he averaged 11.5 points and more than five rebounds per game. In recent years, he has played for Hapoel Holon, Urbani Nahariya and the Russian Kazan, among others, having previously played for Arizona and Florida colleges from the NCAA.
