JAKARTA – Composite Stock Price Index ( JCI ) the final session of the day closed corrected 0.25% at 6,868 in trading Tuesday (8/8/2023). Share newcomers PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR) penetrated the auto rejection rate (ARA) of 35.00% at IDR 135.
Opened stagnant at 6,886, the index has strengthened throughout the first session. Unfortunately, selling pressure caught up in the afternoon session with a range of movement in the range 6,886-6,915.
At exactly 16:00 WIB, 248 stocks rose, 276 fell, and 226 others stagnated. The net trading transaction value reached IDR 8.64 trillion, from a net volume of 21.33 billion shares traded.
The LQ45 corrected 0.35% to 963.03, the JII index strengthened 0.09% to 552.16, the IDX30 index fell 0.38% to 500.28, and the MNC36 index lost 0.06% to 370.66.
Sectors that weakened included technology 1.13%, industry 0.10%, raw materials 0.34%, energy 0.03%, finance 0.03%, and cyclicals 0.33%. While those that strengthened were non-cyclical 0.07%, infrastructure 1.01%, property 0.48%, transportation 0.25% and health 0.09%.
The three stocks that led the top gainers included PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR) which rose 35.00% to IDR 135, PT Information Technology Indonesia Tbk (JATI) grew 33.82 percent to IDR 91, and PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA) strengthened 31.25 percent at IDR 84.
Meanwhile, the three that were under pressure were PT Paperocks Indonesia Tbk (PPRI) which fell 15.00% to Rp119, PT Multi Garam Utama Tbk (FOLK) which fell 14.16% to Rp97 and PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk (GTRA) which fell 12.08%. at IDR 262.
