Ile-de-France firefighters: 36 hours flat to train to intervene in a major disaster

They all know that the disaster unfolding before their eyes is fictitious, but the concentration remains maximum. The 65 firefighters of the FRA 11 detachment, from all the Ile-de-France departments, converged on the Magny-les-Hameaux rescue center (Yvelines). From then on, the men and women from the four departmental fire and rescue services (Sdis) in the greater suburbs and those from the Paris fire brigade now form a single team.
