Nothing is going well between Valérie Pécresse, the president (LR-Libres) of the Île-de-France region and her left opposition. After the presentation last week, in the Committee on Internal Regulations, of an amendment aimed at raising the threshold for creating a group from seven to ten elected officials, the four left-wing parties (LFI, PCF, PS and EELV) decided, this Monday, May 15, to step up to denounce “a regulatory 49.3 to silence the opposition”.
