ROVERETO. The financiers of the Rovereto Company have concluded a tax audit of a beautician who, since the year 2020has carried out its activity completely “under the table” and without the required authorisations.
During the economic control activity of the territory, the Guardia di Finanza noticed a continuous and anomalous influx of peoplemainly female, at a private home. Further investigations revealed that beauty treatments were being carried out inside the apartment by a woman who did not have the necessary qualifications and was completely unknown to the tax authorities.
On the basis of the elements acquired, the financial police carried out a home search, finding a room in the apartment used as a beauty studio and equipped with the tools and equipment necessary to carry out the activity.
The analysis of the documentation and the acquired computer data allowed us to ascertain that the subject operated in total violation of the tax legislation and to quantify in over 110,000 euros in revenues subtracted from taxationstarting in 2020.
At the end of the activity, the woman was reported to the local competent Authority for the unlawful exercise of the beautician activity without the required professional qualifications, for the purpose of imposing the relevant administrative sanctions.
Furthermore, the same was reported to the Judicial Authority for having unduly received, for the years 2020 and 2021, a monthly unemployment benefit (NASPI) for a total amount of approximately 6,200 euros.
The activity carried out is part of the daily action of the Corps to combat tax evasion, to protect free competition and the relationship of trust between citizens and the State.
