Maccabi Petah Tikva is on the way to a shiny acquisition. ONE learned for the first time that striker Ilya Shkorin will come to Malabasim on loan until the end of the season, when the team from the National League will have a purchase option.
Shkorin played last season in Dynamo Kyiv and recorded 60 minutes in the group stage in the Ukrainians’ 0:0 draw against Benfica Lisbon, when he also played for one half in the 2:1 loss to Bayern Munich. Against Barcelona last year he sat on the bench.
The 23-year-old actor (1.88 meters) was born in Belarus and arrived at CSKA Moscow in 2020. In 2021, he went on loan to Dynamo Kyiv and last February he went on loan to the Polish Rakov Czestochowa, where he has made two appearances so far.
Shakurin’s market value now stands at €900,000 when he ends his contract with CSKA Moscow in June 2024. So far he has scored 26 goals in his career and assisted another 13 in 74 appearances for his various teams.
