BANDUNG – The viral “love letter” from BNN The city of Tasikmalaya contained a request for THR to PO Budiman’s bus which had a negative impact after the West Java Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) responded. In the aftermath, the Head of BNN Tasikmalaya was deactivated.

The Head of the West Java BNNP, M. Arief Ramdhani said, his party had given strict sanctions in the form of deactivating the Tasikmalaya City BNN Head, Iwan Kurniawan Hasyim.

“Following up on this matter for the smooth running of the investigation, civil servants who are suspected of committing disciplinary and code of ethics violations, are temporarily released from their duties since the person concerned is under investigation,” said Arief in his statement, Friday (14/4/2023).

Arief said, until now his party was still carrying out a series of examination processes against Iwan Kurniawan Hasyim.

“Currently a series of inspection processes are still being carried out by both West Java BNNP investigators and the Ittama BNN Special Supervision and Examination Inspectorate team,” he said.

Arief also appealed to his staff to be able to carry out their duties according to their duties and authorities. It also ensures that it will not hesitate to take action against officials who are proven to have violated the rules.

“We always emphasize that in every activity, we must work according to our duties and functions, not abuse our authority and provide maximum service to the community according to applicable regulations and not hesitate to take firm action against personnel who commit violations,” he stated.

As is known, a letter from the City National Narcotics Agency (BNN). Tasikmalaya the contents of which asked for Hari Raya Allowance (THR) funds from PO Budiman to circulate on social media. Suddenly this letter asking for THR shocked the community.

In a photo widely circulated on social media, the THR request letter has Number: B/1591V/KA/SU.00/2023/BNNK-TSM, Tasikmalaya dated April 10 2023 and signed by the Head of BNN Tasikmalaya City, Iwan Kurniawan Hasyim.

The letter was addressed to the Director of PO Budiman Tasikmalaya stamped and officially signed by the Head of BNN Kota Tasikmalaya.
