The winners will have a 100% exemption from the amount of taxes they should pay in the year following the draw.
This Tuesday, the Municipality of Montevideo (IMM) raffled off 500 exemptions from the Real Estate Tax, General Rate and Sanitation Rate for taxpayers who have fulfilled their obligations in the last 12 months.
The winners of the draw will not have to pay these taxes during the year 2024.
To participate in the draw, taxpayers had to be up to date with their payments of the aforementioned taxes. Additionally, in this edition an additional drawing was added for 200 taxpayers who are registered to receive their invoices digitally via email.
“These taxpayers will have double the opportunity to benefit from the draw,” the director of Financial Resources of the IMM, Mauricio Zunino, had said weeks ago.
The results of the draw can be consulted on the IMM website or by calling 1950 2000.
