Immigration: how LR dictated its law to the government

Rejected by the National Assembly, the bill should be put to the vote of deputies again on Tuesday. At the end of a week of negotiations, the government accepted most of LR’s demands to obtain its votes. A political compromise which does not even ensure the essential: in the majority, deputies threaten not to vote for a largely right-wing text.
