The government wants to make possible the expulsion of “any foreigner” who “has committed serious acts” by lifting the condition of the age of arrival in France, said Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin in an interview. in the Online World this Saturday.
“Today, a foreigner who has committed serious acts is not deportable if he meets certain conditions, such as arriving on national territory before the age of 13,” said the minister.

This new provision will be integrated into the future orientation and programming law of the Ministry of the Interior (Lopmi), “presented at the start of the school year”, added the minister.
