İstanbul. Applications have started for the student dormitories that Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) provides services to provide solutions to the housing problem of university students.
of IMM 8 girls’ dormitories, 6 boys’ dormitories is available. This year the dormitory fee includes 2 meals. as 1300 lira determined.
Application results will be announced on September 11
IBB dormitory applications are made online.
Following the evaluation process, students will be able to access the results of their applications on the “yurt.ibb.istanbul” website after September 11. Students on the main list will be able to register to the dormitories between 15-21 September (5 working days), and students on the reserve list between 23-29 September between 09.00-19.00. Those who arrive outside the specified dates or submit incomplete registration documents specified on the website will not be registered.
Conditions for students who want to stay in IBB student dormitory:
Being a Turkish citizen and being registered in a higher education institution that provides formal education. The higher education institution where the student is studying is located within the provincial borders of Istanbul, and his/her family (parents) reside outside the provincial borders of Istanbul. No criminal record/archive record, except for negligent crimes. Not working in a paid job that exceeds one and a half times the gross minimum wage, except for compulsory internship. Lack of public personnel. Declaring that he/she does not have a mental or mental illness that would prevent him/her from living in public places and that he/she does not have a contagious disease. Must not be over thirty years of age on the date of application for dormitory.
