The most itchy story of recent decades, the affair involving the 42nd president of the United States Bill Clinton e the White House intern Monica Lewinsky, becomes a tv series. After OJ Simpson and Gianni Versace, the third season of American Crime Story entitled Impeachment leave the murders aside to focus on the sex scandal that broke out in the late 1990s. Lewinsky is played by Beanie Feldstein and Clinton by Clive Owen. Also in the cast are Sarah Paulson, Margo Martindale and Mira Sorvino. The series is based on the book A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal the Nearly Brought Down a President by Jeffrey Toobin.
