SpaceX’s megarocket, Starship, successfully took off on Thursday, March 14, in Boca Chica, in the United States. But the ship was “lost” as it began its descent to Earth. It would normally fall back into the Indian Ocean to conclude the test.
After two failed first tests in 2023, it was a semi-failure for the American company SpaceX, led by Elon Musk, but it has considerably improved its performance. Four other copies of the Starship are already waiting to leave for space and SpaceX intends to accelerate the pace of testing during 2024.
