According to testimonials, everything was generated by a love conflict where there was a woman in dispute. In this case, the doctor, who is not only a gynecologist but also an expert in martial arts, resorted to violence against the radiologist.
Amount of compensation to be paid by the IMSS doctor
After more than half a year, the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of the Northwest Zone finally reached a verdict. The conclusion is that the aggressor must pay compensation of 80,000 pesos for damage repair to the person who attacked.
In this sense, it is indicated that the radiologist was left with a broken nose and also had several blows to the face. In addition, during his testimony, he mentions that at no time did he respond to the attack because the IMSS regulations emphasize that any violent conduct is grounds for immediate dismissal.
On the other hand, this case has generated a new controversy because the IMSS doctor, who was the one who started the battle, still works at the Institution. According to some colleagues, thanks to his friendship with the hospital director, he was able to change his hospital and to this day he still works at Social Security.
With the above in mind, what is now requested is that the IMSS internal regulations. Due to what happened, the attacker had to be separated from his duties immediately and could not continue his work within the Institution.
