November 2023 anniversaries. Why is it men’s month?
This is because November 19 is the International Men’s Day.
According to a statement of the Government of Mexico, this date has been celebrated since 1999, which was declared worldwide.
Its objective is to convey a more positive image of men as part of society, with the idea of escaping the most traditional masculine stereotypes.

Prostate cancer is a disease that has killed thousands of people, its commemoration date is November 29.
Now, the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE) points out that this type of cancer is the leading cause of illness and death in men. In Mexico, around seven thousand people die every year.
This condition is slow growing, does not present symptoms in early stages and its diagnosis is more common in men over 65 years of age.
The risk of developing this cancer increases with age.
If this disease is diagnosed early and treated in its initial stages, it is curable in 85 percent of cases.
So we ask all men to visit their doctor to get checked and not suffer from this disease.
