Mher Grigoryan noted that in 2019, state budget expenditures increased by 12.6 percent, which led to an increase in the ratio of expenditures to GDP. It made 24.9 percent.
“The 2019 budget was implemented with a deficit of 64 billion drams, making 41.6 percent of the program index. As of December 31, 2019, the government’s debt amounted to about 3.2 trillion drams or 50 percent of the GDP,” said the RA Deputy Prime Minister.
