O hacker Walter Delgatti Neto gave a new statement to the Federal police (PF) this Friday, the 18th. For about two hours, she answered new questions from PF agents, which came to light after revelations made during her summons at the CPMI of the 8th of January, where he made statements that were omitted in his initial testimony to authorities. The hacker presented new evidence to the investigation, such as an audio that allegedly confirms the payments made to him at the behest of Carla Zambelli (PL), in addition to meeting dates and times in the defense Ministry of the then president Jair Bolsonaro. After the testimony, Delgatti Neto’s lawyer, Ariovaldo Moreira, stated that the audio was sent via WhatsApp by an advisor to Zambelli and referred to the service of invading the Judiciary. “She [assessora] confirms in the audio that there was indeed a settlement of payments to Walter”, he declared.
According to the lawyer, one of the meetings at the Defense would have been with the then portfolio holder, General Paulo Sérgio Nogueira, and servers. The hacker claims that he accessed the Ministry through the back of the building. The new information from the PF can help find security camera footage that proves the meeting. “He presented ways, the ways of trials. Schedules and details”, said Ariovaldo Moreira.
