You will not make passengers sit on the right or left side of your seat. He has given instructions to remove both the seats on the right and left sides. The news of Police Commissioner checking created panic among the auto drivers.

Under Citizen Centric Policing, a campaign is going on for traffic management and road safety in Agra. On Thursday morning, Police Commissioner J Ravinder Gaur himself came out to take stock of the traffic system and road safety. The Police Commissioner stood on the road and kept watching every passing vehicle. As soon as we saw the auto carrying overloaded passengers, it was stopped. They removed the people sitting on the extra seats in the auto. After this the auto driver was instructed to remove the seats. Also warned that if overloaded passengers are boarded in future, the vehicle will be confiscated.

Campaign to awaken civil sense
The traffic management and road safety campaign will run for 15 days. Most road accidents occur with vehicles carrying more passengers than their carrying capacity. Last year, an auto collided with a truck in Sikandra. In which 5 people lost their lives. Whereas about 20 days ago, there was a massive collision between a tractor and a roadways bus on the Agra-Hathras road. Due to which 15 people lost their lives. The Police Commissioner himself has come out on the road for a campaign to awaken civil sense among the people to prevent the frequent road accidents.

Passengers fill up at illegal stands
Most of the carelessness of auto and e-rickshaw drivers comes to the fore to spoil the traffic system in the city. Vehicles are parked diagonally at intersections. Apart from this, illegal bus stands have been built. Where vehicles are parked and passengers are loaded. In which Rambagh intersection where auto drivers stand in front of the police post and pick up passengers.

There is a lot of pushing and shoving on the road. Illegal bus stand and auto stand are built at Waterworks intersection. Illegal shops have been set up by encroachment in front of Agra Fort Railway Station. Autos park in front of them. People have to struggle with traffic all day long to get out.
