Employees of the drug control and anti-trafficking department of the Baranovichi City Department of Internal Affairs found that the victim’s former lover, a 52-year-old resident of Soligorsk, was involved in the incident.
The man explained that he took intimate photographs from a video that his former partner sent him on his mobile phone during their life together, and after breaking up, out of resentment, he decided to take revenge on her.
One day he arrived in Baranovichi, where he met a local resident near a store and asked the latter to distribute images of his “ex-lover” in the entrance in exchange for alcohol.
Investigators have given a legal assessment to the defendant’s actions. A criminal case has been initiated for the production and distribution of pornographic materials or items of a pornographic nature.
