The days of the young woman were no longer in danger on Sunday evening, said the magistrate.

The two victims “would have hit obstacles during their fall, this attraction consisting of tipping over in the void attached to ropes connected to pillars, causing a pendulum movement after a fall of about sixty meters”explained Mr. Balland.

Four men released after custody

A judicial investigation was opened in flagrante by the public prosecutor’s office of Béziers on the counts of homicide and involuntary injuries. Four men, including the manager of Luna Park, taken into custody very quickly after the accident, were released in the early evening, but the investigation is continuing to determine the causes of the accident.
