The Crimean authorities have extended the self-isolation regime for citizens over 60 years old, as well as those with chronic diseases and who have not been vaccinated, follows from the decree of the head of the republic.
“From December 15 until further notice, to oblige citizens over the age of 60 and persons with chronic diseases … who do not have a certificate of vaccination against a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or a QR code … or a certificate of transferred disease or QR code, do not leave the place of residence (stay), ”the document says.
Exceptions are cases of direct threat to life and health, as well as going to the vaccination site, the nearest store and the place of waste disposal.
In addition, from December 15, these categories of citizens will be canceled the reduced fare on public transport.
From October 25, it is impossible to check in hotels and resorts in Crimea without a QR code confirming a vaccination against coronavirus or a previous illness. In addition to the QR code, vacationers were required to provide a negative coronavirus test result.
In Sevastopol, the most stringent restrictions were imposed: checkpoints were set up at the entrance to the city to check QR codes. They were supposed to work from October 30 to November 7, but after a decrease in tourist flow, they ceased to control it already on November 1, the authorities reported.
