And I immediately fix the message – we will inevitably, whether it is under control or not, with someone’s knowledge or not, we will directly link any actions with the regime in Belarus, because they gave or are going to give shelter to such a criminal and elements of war criminals”, – said Kastutis Budris on the air of radio Ziniu radijas, lrt.lt reported.

According to him, Lithuania will be forced to pay more attention to the protection of its state border.

“Having it [Прыгожына] on the border, we will have to pay more attention to both the border and what is happening in Belarus, and send a very clear signal about where the limit of our tolerance is. It will be zero,” added the adviser to the Lithuanian president.

Kestutis Budris believes that Prigozhin’s forces are dangerous because they can operate in the “gray zone” when carrying out diversionary and breakthrough operations, which the Wagnerites have already demonstrated more than once in Africa and Syria.

“It is clear that such an unmanageable element is a risk factor, and we will have to really adapt, and Lukashenka’s regime will definitely not be able to cope with what it has under its belt,” believes Kästutis Budris, senior advisor to Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda on national security issues.
