And Lubo Penev most likely is leaving from the club
The tension in the Plovdiv “Loko” has already escalated to the limit. And the resignations in the club rain one after the other. A day after the three members of the board of directors of “Lauta” – Venko Rakhatliev, Dimitar Palazov and Anton Spasov, as well as the sports director Ilko Pirgov resigned, the coaches from the school in the team did the same.
Among those leaving is Hristo Zlatinski, who leads the second team, as well as more than 15 mentors who work with the talents of “Lauta”.
All of them sympathize with the owner of the club, Hristo Krusharski, who was urged to leave the Plovdiv club by the fans at the second. The reason – the weak results and the even weaker management of the club in recent months.
The businessman himself has already announced that he is stopping the financing of the club and is ready to part with “Loko” (Pd) for 5 million BGN.
However, according to “24 Chasa” information, there is currently no one to withdraw the requested amount from Krusharski. If a new owner is not found after the refusal of the businessman, it is quite possible that the club will fall into a very difficult situation and its salvation will be quite difficult.
At the same time, the coach of “Loco” Lyuboslav Penev is expected to pack his bags and leave “Lauta” very soon. The former national coach took charge of the Plovdiv team in the summer after personally agreeing with Krusharski. So, in view of the sympathy towards the businessman on the part of all his subordinates in the club, it is completely logical for Penev to submit his resignation. This is expected to happen at the latest after Loko’s next match, which is a home game against Krumovgrad.
