The defendant,⁢ who identified himself ​as the manager of the Narcotics Network in the⁤ 14th arrondissement of Marseille, claimed he was forced to sell drugs under threat. He aimed⁢ to intimidate the boss ​and protect other drug dealers from the ​boss’s ‍violence.
