Munsi wore a holiday dress on the occasion of the Knesset of the Sefer Torah for the Great and New Testament Clausburg In downtown Muncie. The class was held under the chairmanship of the Rebbe and the Torah book was inserted into the soul of the divine Tana Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai by the governor Rabbi Meir Mordechai Weiss for the Rebbe.
