The case was opened upon the publication of a video with the participation of a girl, TASS reports, citing a law enforcement source.
“The investigator of the Meshchanskiy Interdistrict Investigation Department opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public actions expressing clear disrespect for society and committed in order to offend the religious feelings of believers”), “- said the source.
The article on insulting the feelings of believers provides for a punishment of up to one year in prison. The girl is under recognizance not to leave.
In social networks, Bogdanova published a post with an apology, in which she said that she regretted what happened. The video, according to her, was filmed two or three years ago, published by another person.
Recently, the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed was featured in the case of a blogger from Tajikistan who arranged an obscene filming. The Moscow Zamoskvoretsky Court has arrested Ruslan Bobiev for 10 days, he is to be expelled from Russia.
For the same period, the court arrested Bobiev’s girlfriend Anastasia Chistova, who participated in a photo session with him.
Earlier, Bobiev posted on TikTok a photo with an imitation of sexual intercourse with Chistovaya against the background of St. Basil’s Cathedral. The girl was wearing a jacket with the words “Police” on it. After the arrest, the blogger publicly apologized.
