In the Peta of the Municipality of Nikolaos Skoufas, the head of Horizons Epirus Spyros Rizopoulos chose to premiere his keynote speeches.

The speech is scheduled for 6.30 pm on Wednesday 6 September at the Peta Battle Memorial Square. In case the weather conditions do not allow the speech to be held outside, it will be held at “The Point”, at the Peta monument at the same time.
