/ Erbil Governorate, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, announced today, Thursday, the holding of a security meeting with the aim of preparing and organizing the procedures for holding the match between the Iraqi Air Force Club and Uzbekistan’s Agmak Club at Franso Hariri Stadium on the fourth of next month.

A statement from the governorate, received by Agency, said that with the aim of preparing to organize the match between Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya and Uzbekistan’s Agmak clubs, which is scheduled to be held on the fourth of next December at the Franso Hariri International Stadium, a security meeting was held in the presence of the concerned parties at the governorate’s office.

The statement explained that the main goal of the meeting was to provide an appropriate atmosphere and facilitate matters for holding the match.

The statement added that this match is taking place within the first stage of the AFC Champions League, indicating that the meeting took place today under the supervision of the Director of the Interior and the Security Official in Erbil Governorate, Colonel Khosrow Khoshnaw, and in the presence of the representative of the General Director of Sports, the Air Force and Agmak Clubs, and the Asayish, Police, Health, and Civil Defense committees.
